CDC Policies

Work Place Safety

At CDC we are passionate about ensuring the best workplace safety standards are maintained. Our in house systems and policies are well established and are continually reviewed to reduce risks to personnel, property and the environment.
We ensure that all CDC employees are trained to be able to perform their duties without sacrificing the health and safety of themselves, fellow workers or visitors to a site.
CDC employees are trained to respect the health and safety standards of our fellow contractors and clients while complying with the specific onsite requirements. CDC employees will comply with our workplace safety systems and report any potential hazards to be assessed and rectified.

Teamwork

At CDC we value the contributions of our personnel and we recognise the effort and commitment of our entire team in a collaborative process designed to maximise the best possible outcomes. We understand that by working together we can achieve greater results than by acting as individuals.

The Environment

CDC has the experience and expertise to provide solutions to our customers without putting the environment in danger.

We employ assessment and monitoring processes that are tailored to each jobs specific conditions. We are committed to sustainable practices and we make every effort to prevent contamination of our work environment. CDC uses strict in house policies for the disposal of waste products and is constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint.
